Extended trading permits
ETPs for major events, ongoing trading extensions and occasional licences — prepared and lodged for venues we know inside out.
Development & council approvals
Development approvals, Section 39 & 40 local government applications and building approval forms, coordinated with the licence and the design.
Fit-out & services drawings
Concept design through fit-out drawings, services drawings, equipment specifications and workflow layouts — compliant with Australian construction codes and health standards.

Interior design that suits the manner of trade the licence describes — patron areas, front-of-house and overall venue feel.
Recent results
Contested tavern licence — granted
A Bunbury pizza & sports bar’s Tavern Restricted Licence was contested. The public interest case HTS built won the grant (2021), alongside the council approvals and the full kitchen design — and we still prepare its event ETPs today.
Refused, then won on review
A suburban liquor store application was refused, then granted by the Liquor Commission on review (2022) with HTS’s principal presenting the case.
Beachfront resort approved
A Mindarie beachfront glamping resort secured its development approval (2024) and liquor licence (2025) despite multiple objections.
